Best experience. their stuffs are well behaved.The buffet breakfast was really good and they had a lot of options. the room was clean and well maintained.The Swimming pool experience was best and view from that place was amazing. Gym facilities were good enough. i think one of the best hotel in cox.
Welcome wasn't good enough in the lobby! Was coordination gap on drop-off service! Should have more items to play for children in the garden area! Although, rooms was nice and clean. Staff behaviour was great. Hotel location is advantageous rather than other similar hotels.
Sayeman has lost it. Used to be one of the best hotels in Cox’s Bazar, but after our 4th stay, this will probably be our last. The biggest disappointment is the service. The front-desk staff are impolite, unwelcoming, and clearly need serious customer-service training. They don’t communicate properly, don’t brief guests adequately, and, instead of handling concerns professionally, they argue with customers. Even their phone etiquette needs significant improvement. The concierge team, however, was much more courteous and helpful. They are taking premium price yet their front desk staffs never greets customers with a smile it’s like they are doing us a favour. Shame! Their breakfast is horrible. Its too crowded and they don’t even refill. We told their staffs to refill at 9:30am they didn’t even respond! The hotel itself also feels old and poorly maintained. The lobby is small and congested, with an old setup and outdated furnitures. The hallways have no carpeting, so there is constant noise from trolleys and guests walking, something that can seriously affect your stay whole day. Another major issue is their policy...
We stayed in Room 612 and had a very good experience overall. Considering the price, the room and facilities were better than expected. We paid around ৳7,000, probably because it was the off-season. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. From the balcony, we had a partial sea view, which was a nice bonus. The room also had a Hisense TV with built-in Dolby Atmos-supported speakers, which made it feel quite modern. The staff were friendly, humble, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was also good, with a nice variety of food. The only downside was the breakfast area. It gets very crowded, and seating is limited. After 9:00 AM, finding an empty table can be difficult, so I would recommend having breakfast earlier. The location is another big advantage, as the hotel is conveniently located near Kolatoli Beach. Even during the off-season, rooms can be difficult to get, so I recommend booking as early as possible. We had a wonderful stay at Sayeman Beach Resort in Cox’s Bazar. The location is excellent, right by the beach, with beautiful sea views and amazing sunsets. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The food had a good variety, and the overall service was excellent. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy some quality time as a couple. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cox’s Bazar!
